        Subject: a meta-bibliographic publication

This is to announce a website that records and documents a collaborative
scholarly activity with publications that has been in progress since
2017: an interdisciplinary workshop, Science in the Forest, Science in
the Past (SFSP), "convened to probe the stubborn divergence we find in
worldviews and ways of knowing": <https://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/events/sfsp/>.

From the outset 'science' has been taken to mean simply 'knowledge'
(scientia), including the most radically diverse forms, so as to address
the question of this divergence. Among the many disciplines involved,
the founder, Professor Sir Geoffrey Lloyd (Needham Research Institute, 
Cambridge) has made room for a generously inclusive 'computer science', 
hence the presence of Alan Blackwell (Interdisciplinary Design, Cambridge) 
and me.

The fifth iteration of SFSP convenes this Wednesday, so Humanist will
fall silent until next week.
