Dear Peter,

I am in South Korea, and I tried to access the article(and, out of
idle curiosity too, the book) but could access neither.I am curious about the
nature of the copyright restrictions.I would think this book would be freely
available now, given the number of years that have elapsed since the end of the
Second World War. Why is the book still under copyright?
