Dear Colleagues,

This is the new newsletter from Dr. Derek B. Miller. Derek is an anthropologist
and conflict zone expert who used design processes to manage global conflict
situations for the United Nations. He was also a visiting professor at several
universities, and the Director of The Policy Lab of Boston and Geneva.

A few years back, he left conflict work and academia to become a successful
novelist. He was a member of the She Ji editorial board before he decided to
leave academic life entirely. But he is still a brilliant thinker and a terrific
conversation partner.

Derek sold several successful novels that are now in print. Now he has written a
fascinating alternate history novel on the Middle East using AI.

Here is his latest issue.

You can subscribe free. If AI is of interest to you, this is a writer worth
reading.

Highly recommended!

Ken
