It is an introductory course for anyone who would like to explore the benefits and limitations of innovative digital tools for analyzing a diverse range of data in humanities and social sciences. The participants will learn about mobile, geospatial and operational methods, algorithmic ethnography, text mining and data visualization, and they will reflect on pressing ethical questions arising when employing digital methods. "Culture & Technology" (ESU DH C&T 2024) has been extended until April 25, 2024. We welcome participants interested in attending ESU DH C&T to access the registration section here: https://esu-ct.conference.ubbcluj.ro/guidelines/ ESU DH C&T is hosted by Babeș-Bolyai University Romania from 15 July to 26 July 2024. The Summer University will last for 11 full days with an intensive programme consisting of workshops <https://esu- ct.conference.ubbcluj.ro/programme/> teaser sessions, public lectures, project presentations, a poster session, and a panel discussion.
