        Subject: WARCnet closing conference about web archive research

Hi list,

In case you are interested in studies of material in web archives there is still
a few seats left for the closing conference of the WARCnet network. The theme of
the conference is “Web archive studies researching web domains and events”, and
it takes place in Aarhus, Denmark, 17-18 October, just before the ECREA

Since the beginning of 2020 the WARCnet international network has studied the
history of (trans)national web domains and of transnational events on the web,
drawing on the increasingly important digital cultural heritage held in national
web archives, and beyond.

The programme of the final WARCnet conference is now on line at

Registration is open until 1 July and you can register here: (fee of 500 DKK (approximately 70
EUR), it is also possible to participate for one day only (250 DKK)). There is a
limited number of seats, allocated on a first come, first served basis.

We recommend that you use the ECREA conference website to find information about
transport and hotels,
