Dear colleagues,

Just a quick reminder that the deadline for applications for the assistant
research professor/assistant director position described below is this
week, December 1st.

We are not necessarily looking for a person with training in Islamic
studies. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in TEI
and/or DH project management experience.

Please contact me with any questions.

Best,
Matt

Dear Colleagues,

I wanted to alert you to a job opening—a one year leave replacement—for
a Senior Research Associate, Digital and Collaborative Scholarship,
based at the University of Toronto, Mississauga campus. Here is a link
to the posting <https://jobs.utoronto.ca/job/Mississauga-ON/565494717/>.
It’s an excellent job for someone who has graduate training in these
areas, and who is interested in helping to build a research community in
the arts, (digital) humanities, and social sciences. The SRA is in
charge of our collaborative research space CDRS
<https://www.utm.utoronto.ca/cdrs/>, which opened just before the
pandemic. The person also works one day per week on projects relating
the our Critical Digital Humanities Initiative
<https://dhn.utoronto.ca/> at the U of T. The posting closes soon:
December 11, 2022.

Warmly,

Elspeth
