"Sorry for cross-posting. I am a PhD student and conducting qualitative
analysis of online materials in (traditional) Chinese using NVivo. However,
I encounter difficulties in saving and uploading materials (forum posts
with numerous replies) to NVivo. NCapture often distorts the original
images and covers up the words. An example of the forum posts I am working
on is https://lihkg.com/thread/1086499/page/1. I also encounter similar
issues when working Facebook posts.

I wonder if anyone is willing to share and provide advice on such hands-on
issues with NVivo".
