Humanist Discussion Group, Vol. 35, No. 430. Department of Digital Humanities, University of Cologne Hosted by DH-Cologne www.dhhumanist.org Submit to: humanist@dhhumanist.org Date: 2021-12-29 18:21:58+00:00 From: scholar-at-large@bell.net <scholar-at-large@bell.net> Subject: Reclaiming & Discovering Willard, I want to share with you the wonderful work that transpired on Twitter — a collective brainstorming of collective pride facilitated by the incomparable Matt Kirschenbaum. https://twitter.com/FranoisLachanc2/status/1475868875820613636 I knew Twitter could be a platform leverage by Humanities scholars from around the world. But is linked to above is phenomenal. It’s a scholarly hypertext collaboratively authored through a single point coordinator. I have seen nothing like this in the wild. Or in captivity. It is simple captivating. It branches with tributaries and flows majestically down the screen. It is work giving it the moniker: Metakunstwerk Beautiful. I hope you have a chance to look at it and feel buoyed. I have of course used the occasion of posting to Humanist to bookmark the URL and hope someone downloads a scrape for preservation purposes.
