Call for contributions to an edited volume Dear colleagues, We are looking for contributions to a book and workshop project, Zoomland. Exploring Scale in Digital History and Humanities. The book will explore the epistemological dimensions, hermeneutic methods, empirical tools and aesthetic logic pertaining to the notion of scale in digital history and humanities, and will be published in open access with De Gruyter as part of the 'Studies in Digital History and Hermeneutics' (https://www.degruyter.com/serial/sdhh-b/html) series. Submission plan: - One-page abstract, deadline: 15 November 2021. - Acceptance notification: 15 December 2021. - The authors of the selected proposals will be invited to a writing workshop at the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (C²DH), University of Luxembourg, on 22 June 2022. - The volume is expected to be published in spring 2023.
