Job overview copied/pasted for convenience:

Are you an experienced multimedia practitioner with a passion for
teaching? Do you have technical skills in creative and multimedia
practice? Are you interested in developing your teaching skills in a
world-leading media school?

The School of Media and Communication at the University of Leeds is a
highly ranked department with a vibrant research culture and a
commitment to excellence in teaching.

The School seeks to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Digital Media Practice
to join us from August 2021 to contribute to teaching provision in
digital media. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious
multimedia practitioner to apply their skills to teaching students
primarily at undergraduate level. Students on the School’s BA Digital
Media and MA New Media undertake a challenging mix of research-based and
practice-based learning, equipping them with the knowledge and skills
that support careers in the media industries, and beyond.

You will have extensive and up-to-date experience in multimedia
practice, with skills that apply across different media forms. You will
be an outstanding communicator, interested in teaching (not simply
training) the next generation of media practitioners. You will develop
teaching methods that encourage students to engage with changing media
environments.

This post is advertised as up to 1.0FTE, and we will consider appointing
to a fractional FTE and/or job share.

Best,

Leah
