        Subject: Relaunch of the Commonplace Cultures database

The ARTFL Project is pleased to announce the relaunch of the Commonplace
Cultures database which allows users to search through over 40 million
shared passages within over 200,000 Early Modern English texts. Features
include a search engine to explore reuses by any given author or title
within the period, a faceted browser, and a shared passage timeline view to
explore how a passage is reused over time. For more details on the history

Since the original release of the Commonplace Culture database, we've 
considerably improved the stability and overall performance of searches 
across the database (up to 5 times for some queries). The database is 
accessible to all and can be found at:
