Subject: Data collection, controlling devices, ... with the Raspberry Î In the DH area, I think that there has been more attention paid to simpler devices such as the Arduino. Over the past few years, the RPi has increased in capability and generated a lot of interest - primarily in the electronics and engineering fields. But it certainly could be used for DH projects - and because it's basically a fully fledged programmable computer, it may be a terrific situation. My colleague Warren Jasper (in Textile Engineering) has produce a short video of how he uses it in some of his courses.
