If I'm not mistaken, the minutes will appear in Literary and Linguistic
Computing. The ALLC had a notulant in the audience who recorded the
debate.

They were recorded (an interesting experiment in speed-typing on a Belgian keyboard by one accustomed to the American), but I don't believe they've been published yet. At least, I haven't seen them since I handed them off a few days after the session.
