Please announce the following job opening:
DIRECTOR OF WRITING, Rank Open, start fall 1993.
Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition required. Demonstrated
leadership abilities. Duties include faculty development, writing
assessment, course development and course review at undergraduate
and M.A. levels, and Writing Across the Curriculum. Work with
department chair in staffing writing courses. Course load: 2-2,
with research, service expectations. Send letter of application,
