Dear Jim Wilderotter
As to your inquiry on jewish mysticism, why don't you give Umberto Eco's
Foucault's Pendulum a try? Although not exactly a scholarly work, it is
written by a scholar, gives extrensive treatment to jewish mysticism,
cabala, etc, gives a lot of space to the use of computers in humanist
like affairs plus it is fun to read.
Good luck

Lexus and Nexus are immense full-text data bases of US Laws,
very similar to Westlaw. Those two bases come from Mead data.
Ask your local Law Librarian for a guided tour of them.
I will leave open the question if they are English-language
texts.
